We will be holding a Best of British evening championing the very best of food and drink from all around Britain. This will be an evening of celebration highlighting the food and drink heroes of the local area and further a field.
For example we will have Welsh Lobster, caught off the Menai Straights, Scottish fore rib beef supplied by Chorlton Butchers Frosts since 1910. The beef is hung for 41 days, three times longer than the average, this helps deliver its unique depth of flavour and we have the gold medal winning Nytimber sparkling wine from Sussex which recently beat a Premier Cru champagne into fourth place in a blind tasting held by Which? magazine. As well as Noel Reed wine expert to guide our dinners through the wine available on the night and the best cheeses in Britain supplied by Peter “The Cheese Detective” Pendrill.
